Shipping costs will be charged immediately upon purchase at www.Rovando.com. You do not have to pay the additional costs of sending to the postman or other supplier of the ordered items from the www.Rovando.com online shop, except for the postal order. The goods are delivered to the address according to the rules of the postal companies.
We will deliver the ordered goods to you within 3-7 working days (usually 1-2 days) after receiving the order, if the order has been confirmed and the goods are in stock. If the goods ordered are not currently in stock, we will notify you by email or telephone.

GLS packages are delivered to us in Slovenia - packages are delivered on the next business day (from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm) if the item is in stock in our central warehouse.
GLS informs the recipients of the delivery of the packages and offers many delivery options to choose from.
As soon as the ordered goods are ready for shipment, the recipients receive an email or SMS with information about the near delivery of GLS packages. The message contains all relevant package information, a contact of the customer support call center and a direct link to the FlexDelivery web application. This online tool allows recipients to choose from a variety of delivery options. For example, they can set a new delivery date, enter another address, or redirect the package to the GLS Package Store.
GLS sends another e-mail or SMS containing the 3-hour delivery time in the morning of delivery. The message also contains the telephone number of the customer support office. At this time, the FlexDelivery web application can no longer be used.
If the first delivery attempt fails, GLS automatically sends a third email or SMS to the recipient. It is now possible to choose again in the FlexDelivery web application delivery options for a second delivery attempt.
GLS usually tries to deliver the package twice. In case the sender has ordered the FlexDelivery service, GLS will perform a third delivery attempt if necessary. In this case, GLS will again notify the recipient of the forthcoming delivery via email or SMS.
Receiving parcels becomes flexible, which makes sending goods to households less complicated. The number of requests and complaints to the sender decreases, but in turn increases customer satisfaction
